The one thing that makes us unique are the travelling opportunities. Our members have access to travelling around Europe for reduced prices practically every week. These experiences make us more susceptible to change and are ideal for self development.

Talking about becoming the BEST version, as a member you will also have access to training sessions on soft and hard skills facilitated by certified trainers.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO INVEST AS A MEMBER?

In BEST we value individual time-managament. Due to this, our members have the flexiblity to decide how much time they have available to invest in the organisation.

HOW DOES THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS WORK?

Our recruient periods occur at the beginning of the Academic Semesters. The first one starts in the month of september and the second one around February.
Recruitment has some phases, such as:
- The Dynamic Days, where we present the organisation to recruits and our inner workings.
- General open meetings, we invite recruits to attend our weekly general mettings.
- Interviews, talking moments where we learn more about the recruits.
Motivational Weektend, we spend a weekend together full of training sessions and bonding moments.

There are countless training sessions on various topics such as Time Management, Project Management, Leadership, among others. We also provide technical training such as Adobe Illustrator, Figma...

Be involved in organising events such as BEST Courses and many others

Every year, BEST organises events with the aim of meeting its mission and vision. You can be part of event organising teams such as BEST Courses and Local Event on Education as a member of BEST Coimbra or even be the main organiser of the events. If your ambition is to work internationally, you also have the possibility of being involved in the organisation of BEST's biggest events and, throughout the year, local BEST groups across Europe are looking for motivated BESTies to go help organise their events.

Internal events

Every year, BEST holds a long list of internal events that aim to develop the organization, its members, its services, its events, among many others. As a member of BEST you have the possibility to participate in these events that are held throughout Europe and have an active role in the future of the organisation.
